At Finchfield IT we believe in working with our customers to determine the type of support package that will best suit them.
We offer support on 3 levels:
- Basic support
Support is provided on an ad-hoc basis. An hourly rate is charged for time on site or remotely fixing your problem.
- Standard support
A monthly retainer is paid, dependent on the number of computers, plus an hourly charge for time spent remotely or on site fixing your problem.The monthly retainer means you get guaranteed response times of 4 hours for remote support, or 8 hours on site.
- Premium support
An annual contract and monthly fee means you get the guaranteed response times in our standard package, but no fee for time spent on site or remotely fixing your problems.
So, which package is best for you?
We discuss your needs with you to find out which support package best suits you. If your business depends on a reliable IT infrastructure, the premium package is best for you. However, if your business is not reliant on IT to function, the basic package is the one to choose.
Remember, the Premium package is actually likely to cost you less in the long run. We are proactive in our approach and regularly check for problems to keep you functioning. It is in our interests to make sure you don’t need to call us, so we make sure everything is functioning properly.
